About Us

The Village at Olentangy Crossing is a residential condominium community located in the heart of Lewis Center, Ohio in Orange Township.  Founded in 2016, we have 156 units housed around peaceful walking paths and professionally manicured landscaping. Our property includes a beautiful swimming pool, a complete fitness facility, a clubhouse space for daily use and special occasion rental, and dog friendly paths with doggie stations accessible throughout. We are one of the few areas within the Olentangy School district with less than a quarter mile walking distance to an elementary, a middle school, and a high school.   

 

The Village at Olentangy Crossing Condominium Association is recognized by the State of Ohio as a private, non-profit homeowners association. The six-member Board of Directors meets monthly to review the budget, set club policies, and address member concerns. The mission of the Board is to maintain a pleasant and peaceful living environment while protecting and enhancing owner investment and quality of the community.
